Refund Policy

CreatorBase is operated by Nikolaos Giannakopoulos (Greece). We want you to be happy with your subscription. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid CreatorBase subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

In addition, every new CreatorBase subscription starts with a free trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial from Settings → Billing to avoid being billed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@creatorbase.cc with your order details and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and access to paid CreatorBase features ends. Your account and data are retained in line with our Privacy Policy; you can re-subscribe at any time.
