CreatorBase is operated by Nikolaos Giannakopoulos, a sole proprietor based in Greece (“CreatorBase”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or connecting a third-party integration to CreatorBase, you are entering into a binding agreement with Nikolaos Giannakopoulos.
By continuing to use CreatorBase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CreatorBase is a workspace for content creators that provides YouTube analytics, livestream tooling, finance tracking, team collaboration, and related productivity features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you subscribe to.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, and if you use CreatorBase on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it.

CreatorBase, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Nikolaos Giannakopoulos and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
CreatorBase connects to services such as YouTube, Google, and infrastructure providers. Their own terms apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for changes those providers make to their APIs or policies.
We work to keep CreatorBase available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using CreatorBase at any time by cancelling your subscription and/or deleting your account from Settings. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for CreatorBase in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying you inside the application.
